Classic Rock Agency Shipping, Delivery, Pre-Orders, Import Duties & Taxes Policy

1. Shipping and Delivery

All Classic Rock Agency orders are dispatched from our own warehouse. Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services, which may include Royal Mail, DHL or UPS, depending on the destination and service selected.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and work hard to ensure your vinyl records, CDs, books and other products reach you safely and promptly.

Although we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to courier disruption, customs inspections, adverse weather, supplier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders within the following timeframes:

• UK orders: Within 7 working days.

• International orders: Within 21 working days.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on the destination, courier service and any customs processing required.

Your tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your order's progress.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at sales@classicrockagencyltd.com, quoting your order number and tracking reference, if available. We will do our best to help investigate the delay.

Delivery estimates do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

3. Pre-Orders and Advance Releases

Some products available from Classic Rock Agency are offered as pre-orders. These items are available to purchase before they arrive at our warehouse or are officially released.

Pre-order release dates are estimates and may change due to production schedules, supplier availability, changes to official release dates or shipping delays beyond our control.

Once pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, we carefully check each item before preparing it for dispatch. This helps us ensure that orders are processed correctly and that items are in suitable condition before being sent to customers.

Please allow a few additional working days after the stock arrives at our warehouse for checking, order processing and dispatch. Your order may not be dispatched on the exact date the stock arrives with us.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your destination and the courier service used. Tracking information will be provided where available.

If your order contains both pre-order items and products that are already in stock, the items may be dispatched together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed with you.

We will do our best to keep customers informed of significant pre-order delays or changes to expected release dates.

4. Import Duties and Taxes

Orders placed with Classic Rock Agency for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

Classic Rock Agency does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about any potential import duties or taxes.

By placing an international order, you are responsible for checking the import requirements that apply to your destination and paying any applicable charges for which you are legally responsible.

Please note that customs inspections or unpaid import charges may delay delivery.

5. International Shipping Requirements

Customers placing international orders are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase can be legally imported into their destination country.

Classic Rock Agency cannot be held responsible for a customer's failure to comply with the import laws and regulations of their country, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
